This luxurious country house features 6 bedrooms and accommodates up to 17 people, so its perfect for group getaways or special events in the countryside. Whether you want to paddleboard on the beautiful lake or enjoy some outdoor activities, explore the endless possibilities that The Lake House can offer to our guests.
Your very own private countryside manor, nestled in a picturesque countryside setting. This Tudor-timbered gem truly belongs in England, and once you arrive, you won't want to be anywhere else. Imagine a getaway that is complete with hills to hike, a private lake for fishing, a hot tub to unwind, a tennis court, and terraces where you can sit and toast the beautiful landscape that inspired Narnia.

The Lake House is a breath-taking home, surrounded by natural beauty to explore. Conveniently located, 5mins from the famous Victorian spa town, Great Malvern and The 3 Counties Showground.
CS Lewis and J. R. R. Tolkein walked the Malvern Hills and the area is said to have inspired the magical children's tale, Narnia. Great Malvern is a quaint Victorian Spa Town, famous for the pure spring water that flows down to it from the hills and the home of Sir Edward Elgar.
Sleeping up to 17 guests, The Lakehouse is the perfect venue for a family get together or a country weekend with your favourite friends.

Bedroom one is situated on the ground floor and is a large suite featuring a kingsize bed, day bed plus a trundle suitable for children. The room leads to a small living space with a sofa and it’s own outdoor access.
Upstairs you will find bedroom two, offering a single bed with an additional trundle bed, perfect for younger guests.
Bedroom three – The Master suite, has a king size bed, sofa bed, dressing area and a large ensuite with a bath and sperate shower. This room also features a Juliette balcony overlooking the garden and lake.
Bedroom four has a double bed with built in wardrobes and views of the lake.
Bedroom five has a kingsize bed with dressing table and views of the lake.
Bedroom six is a family suite with a kingsize bed, two double-chair beds and a large window with views of the lake. Attached to bedroom six is an ensuite bathroom with a shower, bath and dressing table.
Interior spaces here join traditional architecture with modern furnishing in a generous slice of palatial perfection!
Within the house you can find two large lounge areas with open fires, a flatscreen TV in each and comfortable seating areas. Why not escape the mêlée, find a quiet cosy corner and indulge in a book from the bookcases.
The lake house has a large dining room that seats 20 guests with a well-equipped kitchen, pantry and utility room. You will also find a neighbouring breakfast room with breakfast table and chairs, for a quiet breakfast with views of the garden and lake. Cook on the Rangemaster and fill the American fridge/freezer with baked local produce from Faun and fresh fruit and vegetables from Natural Choice. Enquire about our private chefs or tuck into a takeaway from one of the local restaurants, Anupam, Thai Rama or Ask Italian. Light a fire put and wrap up your meal with coffee and dessert on the vast outdoor terrace!
The house has four bathrooms, including a ground floor bathroom with walk-in shower and two separate WCs.
The exclusive gardens and lake are vast, yet meticulously well kept. With flower borders, huge mature trees and acres of grass to use at your leisure.
To the rear of the house, you’ll find a spacious patio area designed for al fresco dining and relaxation. Equipped with a fire pit, BBQ, and pizza oven, it's the perfect spot to gather with friends and family, cook up delicious meals, and enjoy the fresh air into the evening. Just a short walk from the house, down the private garden, you'll discover another patio area that offers a breathtaking panoramic view of the lake, providing a peaceful retreat within an atmosphere of pure tranquillity.
For those who love sports and nature combined, we offer plenty of outdoor activities to keep you active and entertained during your stay at The Lake House in Malvern. Our tennis courts are set in a picturesque part of the grounds, providing a perfect setting for a friendly match or simply practising your game in a peaceful, private environment. In addition, there are football nets for a game of football and a spacious lawn where you can enjoy badminton with the rackets provided. We have plenty of outdoor activities for all our guests to enjoy during their stay, from friendly sports games to family-fun board games, we have something to suit all tastes.
To further enrich your stay, the nearby vineyard adds a touch of elegance to the estate. Take a leisurely stroll through the vines and enjoy the stunning scenery, immersing yourself in the beauty of nature as you explore this picturesque part of the grounds.
